What is your policy regarding returns and refunds?
All Sale’s are Final. Goods sold are not returnable, Exchangeable” or “No
refund once sold .All Bike’s or Quads must not be used for Racing, or professional use, there for fun use only..
How are the items delivered?
Reliable delivery is very important to us and our customers. We use only the best insured dispatch couriers for our delivery system and have been using them for over 8 years and while it may cost a little more you can be sure of receiving the goods in a fast and perfect condition. When you see “free delivery” or “very cheap delivery” – be very aware, cheap delivery means just that !!
Where else can I buy the products you sell?
We are sole distributors of the products we sell. All are made specially for us to our specs. In fact, a few we have designed ourselves; we have 5 of the best product designers on the market. Its taken us over 12 years to find the good ones and now we have the best!
I saw a very similar machine for sale from a different dealer, could it also be a ReXton?
If you see a product for sale elsewhere that looks similar – its not a ReXton - its not ours - it’s potentially a copy with inferior quality standards.
Why should I choose a ReXton over the similar machine from the other dealer?
People have often come to us with problems with imported quads etc. they have purchased elsewhere, most had very poor welding, cheap and nasty engines, brakes that do not work, shocks that do not work, chains the break easily etc, etc. If you buy a ReXton you can be sure that you are buying a quality machine that will last.
Most small importers stay in the business for 6 months and then they disappear. Just be careful – its your money. We have been in the business for over 12 years and we’re here to stay! Remember, you can rely on a ReXton!
