All our products come with a 6 month’s parts only Warranty. (Excluding Trade Sales Unless Stated Differently), this excludes service items and tyres and battery, the warranty starts from the day of receipt and covers parts only. If you experience any problems during this 6 month’s period we will happily send you all faulty parts that are covered free of charge once we have received the originals along with the original receipt. If the damage has occurred due to wear or tear or abuse, we will charge for the replacement and not honour the warranty from then. Labor cost is not covered on all vehicles purchased from QuadBikes.ie ReXton Bikes. Warranty covers replacement parts only.
This Limited Warranty cover’s Plastic, frame, engine, Gearbox, wiring, lights, seat, shocks, springs, muffler, radiator, almost everything BUT the Warranty does not cover ( tubes, tires, chain, battery, and any Wear and Tear items or damage due to incorrect use, incorrect assembly, misuse, Abuse, improper and irregular maintenance, or accident or collision.
it is totally 100% up to you to keep your Bike or Quad regularly maintained and serviced, chain must be must be checked regularly, nuts and bolts must be checked regularly, if we see you are not doing this then we will not honour the warranty.
All Sale’s are Final. Goods sold are not returnable, Exchangeable” or “No
refund once sold .All Bike’s or Quads must not be used for Racing, or professional use, there for fun use only..

All Sale’s are Final. The buyer accepts full responsibility for any personal or fatal injuries and any losses, cost and damages incurred as a result of the operation of these products. The owner also accepts all responsibility for any personal or fatal injuries and any losses, cost and damages incurred when allowing others to use their product(s).
All local laws for the operation of this product should be followed and it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure these are followed.
A full safety check should be carried out before each and every use and the maintenance and upkeep of their product(s) is the full responsibility of the owner.
Waiver of Liability

and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all
other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacturer from
any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses and
attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way
connected to my participation or use of this product, use of equipment or
property supplied by ReXton QuadBikes.ie, whether or not such claims, actions,
damages, liability, cost or
expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller, the manufacturer or the
distributor. By this AGREEMENT, it is my intention to surrender and waive
any rights to sue or exercise any legal right to seek damages from ReXton QuadBikes.ie
and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all
other persons or entities acting on their behalf. This AGREEMENT shall be
affecting and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and
assigns.
I hereby certify that I am over the age of 18 years of age. I have carefully
read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and AGREE to all of the
above terms and conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all
questions regarding this AGREEMENT and the affect of the same. I am aware
that by purchasing this item and sending/remitting payment for it/them, I
assume all risk and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may
have or possess. I therefore release all liability and waive all rights I
may have in regards to my or my child’s activities with the above item(s).
I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY

CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU OPERATE THIS PRODUCT. WEAR A HELMET AND PROTECTIVE GEAR
WHEN RIDING ANY MOTORIZED VEHICLE. YOUR INSURANCE POLICIES MAY NOT PROVIDE
COVERAGE FOR ACCIDENTS INVOLVING THE USE OF THIS VEHICLE. TO DETERMINE IF
COVERAGE IS PROVIDED, YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY OR
AGENT. SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY/ALL DAMAGES CAUSED BY IMPROPER
